In 2008, The Young CONTINENTALS (ages 12-16) are dancing and singing their hearts out with an encouraging message that in Christ…EVERYTHING OLD IS NEW AGAIN! It’s nothing but NEW DAYS filled with endless possibilities!

In their year-long continuing celebration of Continental Singers’ 40th anniversary, The Young CONTINENTALS will be touring the USA with NEW BEGINNINGS, featuring the musical, “JOE, A Day in the Life of Your Average Teenage Boy”.

Thousands of years ago a Biblical character by the name of Joseph faced tremendous challenges as a 17 year-old teenager. Today, not much has changed. In “JOE” meet a modern-day Joseph trying to survive in the midst of today’s high school world and pressures.

Hillside Church – August 10, 2008

The Young CONTINENTALS will participate in our 9:00am and 10:45am services and perform a full concert at 7:00pm.

This group includes two of Hillside’s own – Kristina Brown and Faith Christensen.

The concert is free, however, a free-will offering will be taken during the concert. CDs, cassettes, and t-shirts will be available for purchase and auditions will be held at the end of the concert. Don’t miss it!
