What we do

At Family Camp we enjoy everything from hikes through the woods, camping around one another, and jumping into the lake. There are so many things to do from golfing, to hiking, to swimming, to going into town, or sitting around the campfire. During the week we also have a potluck and worship.

Family camp is for families big and small, couples, friends, or individual campers. If you’re an individual camper and would like to share a campsite with others, please let us know.

What to bring

Some essentials include: a tent or camper (cabins for rent are nearby, although not on site), food, firewood, clothes for all kinds of weather (ranging from rain to sunny walks to the lakeside), and camping supplies. For a complete list of recommended items contact Mike.

Remember, there are bears in and around Sugar Pine Point State Park. You’ll want to prepare accordingly (there are bear-proof lockers on site). Find more information on the CA State Parks website.
