What does faithful leadership look like in God’s eyes? In a world that measures men by success, status, and recognition, God sets a different standard. He calls men to serve Christ, steward what He has entrusted to them, and stand firm with courage and love.
This November, join us for a men’s retreat focused on biblical leadership rooted in 1 Corinthians 4:1–2. We will explore what it means to lead as servants of Christ, stewards of the truth, and faithful men who endure when leadership is tested. Whether you lead in your home, at work, in the church, or simply seek to lead yourself well, this retreat will challenge and encourage you to live faithfully where God has placed you.
Come ready for teaching grounded in God’s word, honest reflection, and practical encouragement for everyday faithfulness. Our prayer is that every man leaves strengthened in his walk with Christ and clearer about the influence God has entrusted to him.

Jason Deming
Pastor of Executive Leadership
Our guest speaker, Jason Deming, serves as Pastor of Executive Leadership at Clifton Baptist Church in Louisville, Kentucky. Before entering pastoral ministry, he served for more than twenty years in the United States Army, including many years in Special Forces as a Green Beret. His experience in military leadership and pastoral ministry shapes his passion to help men think biblically about responsibility, stewardship, and faithfulness. Jason and his wife, Sara, have been married for over twenty years and have three children.
