Ernest and Effie served as urban church planters and catalysts while living in Venezuela from 1983 to 2014. Now they serve as Regional Specialists for Latin America & the Caribbean (LAC), Ernest for Church Planting & Effie for Christian Education; as well as being tasked with also overseeing the LAC Regional Equipping Team.
